Smirnoff - 3D

You've been iced! The third and final installment of the 3D photo series features Smirnoff Ice. I played around with the lighting and depth in this photo using harsh lighting and surreal snowflakes. You've been iced!

Fun with 3D – Part 1

Frambozen 3D

No, you're not drunk... this is in 3D. In our Make Something class, we were tasked to experiment with 3D photography. I decided that creating a small diarama-esque setup would be the best option. This is the first of 3 experiments in 3D...

Conscious Consumer – Bill of Rights

Conscious Consumer - Bill of Rights

Myself and some fellow students at BDW have partnered with Fearless Cottage (a child company of advertising legend Alex Bogusky) to create a new site. The site will focus on a rewriting of the Bill of Rights which was in need of a rewrite. The site asks users to sign up and add their name to the list. Using Facebook and Twitter login information, the site will then geographically place their location on a map and allow them to download a badge of receipt. Design was done by Fearless Cottage and coding will be completed by myself and Dan Nelson, a classmate at BDW. Updates to follow!

Lee Riley Designs – The Studio Tour

LRD Studio Tour

Lee Riley Designs - The Studio Tour For the final step in the yell:whisper project for my Branding + Positioning class at BDW I have incorporated the Yell & Whisper characters that were created for the previous assignments. I am working on an overall re-brand of my site and am experimenting with different motifs. For this project, I created an imaginary LRD Studio that would be explored by the user. Simplifiy It

Simplify It

Simplify It In my "Make Something" class, we were assigned a revamp of a site of our choice. I chose VRBO.com. I find the site to be difficult to navigate and the design is extremely outdated. Check out the presentation of how I would revamp the property booking process!

Yell:Whisper p3

Yell:Whisper Comes to Life The third part to the Yell:Whisper assignment was to create a integration of the previous two parts. These included the radio made strictly out of type (View Here), and the Flash animation I made using no type at all (View Here). I decided that creating a world where the two creatures could live would be the best. And what better place other than LRD Studios would these characters fit in? Click the link below to see my third interpretation of the assignment. LRD Studios' Break Room

Tasked with redesigning our given words (yell & whisper) using no words had me a bit stumped. I really liked the last 'feel' of my previous design (using an old school radio and bright colors). The feel almost mimicked a child's learning-to-read card. For this assignment, I wanted to improve my Flash animating skills and I think I accomplished just that. Check out the animationI've designed!...
