I believe in representation for diverse and under represented groups within companies. I’ve served as the head of the Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Opendoor since 2019. Our mission is to support the diversity, equity, and inclusion goals for the company by supporting, educating, and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community.

Leading this group has been extremely rewarding and has come with it’s own set of challenges. We strive to keep people engaged in a remote-first environment and provide the resources needed. We accept all and fight for what’s right.
